| They are releasing water because of all the flooding. For those who haven't seen this dam before, usually there is dribbles of water coming out and you would have to look way over the edge to see the water. This is just crazy. |

| We don't know this little girl but it was so cute, she got drenched by one of the waves and was empting out her cowgirl boot. |
